Excellent location, right next to MG Road. Nice size room and bed, able to accommodate 2 people comfortably. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was complementary, but everything else was quite expensive.

Bathroom door didn't lock, everything else was good about the room.

The hotel is centrally located. My room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. It's a Radisson hotel that offers all the expected amenities. The breakfast was international with a great variety to choose from. But mostly I was impressed with the welcome from the staff at registration and the hotel manager who graciously let me have a late checkout. Also the lobby staff who helped me place my Uber reservation and to watch for the car's arrival.

10 K for this hotel is too pricy for the level of facilities they had. they were power cuts for at least 5 times in just one day.

The property is centrally located and there are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance.We requested an early check in at 11am and the management kindly allowed us to check in at 11am which was a huge benefit for us.The property is an old hotel but we felt satisfied after staying there for 2 nights.They have a breakfast buffet with an "OK" range of dishes to choose from, Indian, continental and vegetarian options were available. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The staff is very helpful and the rooftop restaurant is amazing. I loved the location and it’s easy access everywhere.

Smoke alarm flashes in bedroom at night. Food expensive, room not very big, dated.

Clean and bright. Check in was efficient. Good breakfast, chefs that seemed to care and were checking buffet food containers, stirring things and making sure everything was OK. Waiters Ramesh and Srikanta were helpful and pleasant.Staff in rooftop restaurant were very nice. Cocktails and food were good. Decent shower with plenty of hot water.

Bathroom was a bit small and space between wardrobes and bathroom was a bit cramped. No full length mirror. Not enough choice of tea in room and at breakfast. Bar served beer, wine and food but cocktails and spirits were brought down from the restaurant at roof level. There was no bar at roof level but drinks were made behind the scene. It was a peculiar set up.Rooms a little overpriced.

High standard of cleanliness and large well appointed room. Excellent breakfast selection.

Laundry service. T shirts / undershirts laundered charged at half the cost of a new one !

The room and the hotel itself looked way better than expected. Spacious quiet room with a big bed and a big bathroom with an extremely convenient design (recess in the wall for shower accessories). Located in the nice district, relatively close to all the attractions, on the street where you can find anything, or to walk towards what you need (e.g. a famous chain selling indian delights, K.C.Das - is just 8 minutes away). The hotel is well guarded. Breakfast (mostly Indian) was delicious, offering a variety of foods. The rooftop restaurant Kohinoor serves delicious Indian food with an amazing view and reasonable prices (I do recommend). I am so happy I've decided to stay in this hotel instead of a more expensive one in the same area.

Very nice hotel. We had a very comfortable and large room. Location was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and had one good evening meal at rooftop. Staff were very helpful, and we had a wonderful 3 night stay.

Way too much noise coming from external location but was not pre-warned. Led to a poor night sleep. Staff also rang about a different matter at night which woke us up. Bar seemed inadequate.

The dinner in the restaurant takes almost 1 hr to be served and nothing exceptional. In our 4 nights there, we had dinner only the 1st night there and opted to go out for dinner the other 3 nights.

We loved the spacious and clean room and bathroom, in room dining service, room cleaning sevice, and most of all the very accommodating staff. Breakfast was good too. On pongal day, upon request, we even got some pongal sent to our room. Thank you for making our day, pongal, miles away from home.Location is convenient. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and nearby cubbon park, ub city mall, garuda mall,.mg road, book stores etc by auto.

Maybe breakfast room can be a little brighter, more cheerful with some nice songs instead of hotel music. Same for reception area.

Breakfast was varied with both western and Indian (hot) options. You could also order your favourites (Indian).However, if your stay was a lengthy one (like ours) the repetition of the breakfast items got a bit monotonous.The restaurants' menus, though not extensive was adequate for our needs.

None in relation to hotel and staff. It is a busy location so at times the roads are congested especially during school break times.....there are about 4 schools in the vicinity.There is an Autorickshaw driver that hangs around the hotel. He is willing to take you around for shopping etc but be aware to bargain the rate....more expensive than Uber!

There were no glitches. The room was clean and cozy and the amenities were on on par with hotels in the US.
